In the age of the mash-up, this is our contribution: The Arbiters. We are a loose collective of music and visual artists creating smart and seamless music productions with compelling synchronized visuals.

Launched in January 2006 by Los Angeles-based DJ Thomas Golubić for events at the Sundance Film Festival, the Arbiters has expanded to include collaborating music producers, film score composers, scratch DJs, filmmakers and editors.

We have produced two EPs of mash-up productions - They Are Biters (2006) and The Rebirth (2009) - remixes for the pop artist Jem - "It's Amazing (The Arbiters remix) (2009) - and will be following up with live performances in the fall of 2009.

We are passionate music and film enthusiasts and hope our creations delight and inspire others. All our mash-up productions are available as free downloads. Our remix productions are available through iTunes and visual montages through YouTube and Vimeo. We hope you enjoy our work and spread the good word.
